In 1997, after years of working for the “man”, Pat Cassidy decided enough was enough, and decided to set out on his own. He promptly discovered that running a business wasn’t just about fixing leaky faucets—it was about fixing everything. Over the next few decades, Pat became a jack-of-all-trades: plumber, therapist (for panicked homeowners), and part-time contortionist squeezing into impossible crawl spaces. He’s seen it all—frozen pipes, economic slumps, and one customer who tried to defend his home with hawks. But as time went on, Pat realized it was time to pass the torch (and the ProPress) to someone who could take his beloved business to the next level.

That’s when Pat decided to partner with Valorix. He found a team that shared his values and understood the importance of preserving Cassidy Plumbing’s reputation.
